The idea for Red Pepper Real Estate began one night over margaritas. We got excited about creating a different kind of experience for our clients and a winning culture for our company. As Winston Churchill once said, “We make a living by what we get. Mary’s approach to real estate is centered on building relationships. Her business is built with trust as the foundation, and grown through her knowledge of the industry. The result is happy clients who come back for their next purchase and enthusiastically refer Mary to others.
Mary’s family moved to Colorado in 1968. The entire family has been involved in real estate as brokers, developers and builders. Her knowledge of the area has evolved with the dramatic growth of Metro Denver. She acquired her real estate license in 2003. She started Red Pepper Real Estate with the vision of creating a company that matches her enthusiasm for real estate (and life, in general) and commitment to the community.
Although it is often said that real estate is a 24/7 business, Mary finds time for outdoor activities and volunteering. She currently lives in the Park Hill neighborhood of Denver.
Emi Deguchi

Emi has lived and owned all across Metro Denver, including Cheeseman Park, Cherry Creek North, Virginia Village, Washington Park, North Park Hill, and South Park Hill. She has extensive knowledge of home values, schools, and each neighborhood’s qualities and quirks.

Kayla VanCleve

As a Colorado native, and having lived in Denver much of her life, Kayla has an appreciation for the unique communities of Denver and the neighboring suburbs. She has resided in Lowry, University Hills and has called the Cory-Merrill neighborhood of Denver home for many years.
Kayla has always been passionate about helping others and believes that selling real estate is all about developing and nurturing relationships. Getting to know your unique needs, providing clear communication and advocating for you throughout the process is her top priority.
Outside of real estate, Kayla enjoys being outside - hiking, cycling and doing trail runs with her daughter top the list. She also enjoys traveling and hanging with her two pups - Ben and Roo.
